`EnforcerRule`, `EnforcerRule2` and `EnforcerRuleHelper` were already deprecated, and a rule that uses them already logs a warning, but both said only "a future version". The javadoc and the warning now name enforcer 4.0.0, the Maven 4 API line, as the release that removes them, and point to `AbstractEnforcerRule` and the custom-rule guide.
