The two `FileUtils` calls become `Files.copy` (with `REPLACE_EXISTING` and `COPY_ATTRIBUTES`, which is what `FileUtils.copyFile` does) and `Files.deleteIfExists`; plexus-utils stays as a test dependency because the test stubs still use it.
