No IT had a dependency, so a change that stopped copying dependencies into the RAR would have stayed green. The new `dependencies` IT has a compile, an optional, a provided and a test dependency (small artifacts the build already resolves) and asserts that only the compile one lands in the RAR, which is the current behaviour of `RarMojo`.
