The IT expects a failed build because `license.txt` is passed to javac (`invalid flag`); that failure is identical under Maven 4.0.0-rc-7, but rc-7 prints the banner as `[ERROR] BUILD FAILURE` instead of `[INFO] BUILD FAILURE`, so `verify.groovy` rejected it.
