The release-drafter config was copied from maven-parent: it drafts the first release as `maven-parent-<major>` with a major-only version, while this extension is at 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT. It now follows the pattern of the other apache/maven-* repos and inherits the version and name templates from maven-gh-actions-shared.
