#1689 removed the `sources` goal, which would make https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/sources-mojo.html 404 at the 3.12.0 site publish. This adds a Markdown page at the same path that says the goal was removed and links to `resolve-sources`.
