Works as designed. `excludeTransitive` defaults to `false` on the command line too. The transitive dependencies are dropped by `-DincludeArtifactIds=okhttp`, which matches artifact IDs exactly and so filters out okio and kotlin-stdlib. Add them to the list (`-DincludeArtifactIds=okhttp,okio,okio-jvm,kotlin-stdlib`) or remove the include filter. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
