Fixed in 3.0.1 by MDEP-409: `dependency:tree` only collects the graph, so sibling modules no longer need to be built. On an unbuilt two-module project with Maven 3.9.16, plugin 3.0.0 fails to resolve the sibling and 3.0.1 and 3.11.0 print the tree. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
