When a dependency is part of the reactor, reuse the already-built reactor
MavenProject instead of re-reading its POM via ProjectBuilder. Re-reading fails
under Maven 3.10.0 (Resolver 2.x), where resolving the parent coordinate
containing a literal ${revision} now throws IllegalArgumentException instead of
a ProjectBuildingException, breaking assembly:single for CI-friendly (revision)
multi-module builds.
Also accept IllegalArgumentException as a graceful degradation (fall back to
the project stub) to mirror pre-3.10 behavior.
Add regression IT ci-friendly-revision-parent.
