Fixed in `87ac535`. The formatting-failure set is initialised in the constructor, the diagnostic code is final, and the fallback now uses the kind and non-null code without relying on `Diagnostic.toString()`. `DiagnosticLoggerTest` passes (4 tests); Spotless and `git diff --check` pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
