Bumps `mavenArchiverVersion` from `4.0.0-beta-5` to `4.0.0-beta-6`, so maven-jar-plugin 4.0.0-beta-2 ships against the latest Maven Archiver (reproducible-build timestamp fixes incl. negative epoch / `SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH=0`, `BuildHelper` null-safety, invalid-property reporting). **Draft / blocked:** depends on `maven-archiver:4.0.0-beta-6` being released to Central.
