The workflow ran on every pushed branch, Dependabot's included, and saved both setup-java's `~/.m2` cache and the IT repository cache from each of them. Three Dependabot branches of `maven-3.10.x` held 9.3 GB of the repository's 9.9 GB, and `master` was down to 34 MB because GitHub evicts the least recently used entries at 10 GB. The workflow now runs on pushes to `maven-3.10.x` and on pull requests against it, as on `maven-4.0.x` and `master`. Pull requests restore this branch's caches without saving their own (`cache-read-only` for setup-java, `actions/cache/restore` plus a push-only `actions/cache/save` for the IT repository).
