Follow-up to #13438: the `full-build (…, 27)` jobs fail in "Build site with downloaded Maven" ([run](https://github.com/apache/maven/actions/runs/38250395269/job/114831592784#step:13:1)), because the javadoc report forks a build that runs `spotless:check`, which hits the same palantir-java-format crash on JDK 27.
