palantir-java-format crashes on JDK 27 (palantir/palantir-java-format#1786, not yet released). A `jdk27-skip-spotless` profile, activated when `java.specification.version` is `27`, sets `spotless.skip` for builds of this repository on JDK 27; the other JDKs keep checking formatting. Drop it once maven-parent ships a fixed palantir-java-format. apache/maven#13440 tests the `maven-3.10.x` ITs on JDK 27 and relies on this profile instead of passing `-Dspotless.skip=true`, so this PR merges first. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
