Backport of #13407 to `maven-4.0.x`. The property is documented as accepting `default`, `mild`, and `off`, but `MavenValidatorFactory` used `ConfigUtils.getEnum()` / `Enum.valueOf()` which is case-sensitive — so `-Dmaven.resolver.validation=mild` failed with an `IllegalArgumentException`. - Parse the value ignoring case and surrounding whitespace, so both the documented lowercase values and the uppercase equivalents are accepted - Report unknown values with the property name and the list of supported values - Add `MavenValidatorFactoryTest` with parameterized tests covering case variants and the error message (4 of 5 tests fail without the fix) Cherry-pick of 0b31e29d66904c45220f5432a11ba8566168217d, with conflict resolution in `impl/maven-impl/pom.xml` (added `junit-jupiter-params` before the 4.0.x-specific `slf4j-simple` dep). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
