Removes the `Mac/x86` (32-bit macOS) native library and its build targets. mvnd runs its daemon on Java 17 or later, no Java 17 build exists for 32-bit macOS, and macOS 10.15 removed support for 32-bit applications in 2019, so the library could not be loaded.
