Closing for now: the new parameter duplicates `prependGroupId` and doesn't reach the overwrite check, because `getMarkedArtifactFilter()` still uses `prependGroupId`. A PR that fails on an actual overwrite, or flips the default in a major release, with an IT, is welcome. #1476 stays open to track it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
