`analyze-exclusions` found nothing in a project whose version is
`${revision}`: the exclusion's model ID keeps the version as written, never
matched the interpolated project ID, and the goal exited at debug level.
Exclusions now also match when they come from the project's own POM file. Fixes
#1451.
Verified: the new `analyze-exclusions-ci-friendly-version` IT fails on
master and passes with the change on Maven 3.9.16, 3.10.0 and 4.0.0-rc-7; the
reproducer attached to #1451 now reports `foo:bar` in Kotlin Parent and BOM.
