A separate option from `addParentPoms`, so existing output does not change.
Import entries are read from the original models of the project, the
dependencies and their parents, because the effective model no longer lists
them; the BOMs' own parents and nested imports are copied too so the copied set
is resolvable. Fixes #1036.
Open for review: coordinates in the original model are interpolated by a
small resolver of `${project.*}` and properties, and a BOM it cannot
interpolate is skipped with a warning. Maven's model interpolator would be more
complete; say if that is preferred.
