With `verbose`, `outputType=json` now says why a node is omitted: `included`, `omittedReason` (duplicate or conflict), `winnerVersion`, `versionManagedFrom`, `scopeManagedFrom` and `scopeNotUpdatedTo`, taken from the Resolver-based tree model. Non-verbose JSON is unchanged. `included` is a JSON boolean as proposed in the issue, while the existing members are strings. Fixes #1469. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
