With `useRepositoryLayout`, POMs were installed only for artifacts copied in the same run, so a rerun with `copyPom` left existing artifacts without a POM. The POM is now checked on its own path and installed only when missing, as the flat layout does. The Resolver-based install from MDEP-858 did not change this path. Fixes #958. Verified: the new IT failed on master with `Missing pom in …/mdep510-dep/1.0` and passes on Maven 3.9.16 and 4.0.0-rc-7. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
