For triage: the `surefire-grouper` module, including `SingleGroupMatcher` and its `Couldn't load group class ... The group class is ignored!` warning, was removed from `master` in 0c243439 (2026-03-02, "Use junit platform runner to run junit 3, junit 4 and TestNG tests via vintage engine and testng engine"); neither the class nor the message exists on `master` today, so this warning can no longer be produced by 3.6.x.
