#8052 is now fixed on master by dd815500df, so after the merge of master
into this branch I removed my duplicate test and the redundant null check
(dcc7b67b04). `PluginParameterExpressionEvaluatorTest` passes and
`spotless:check` is clean.
What remains is only the javadoc of the
`PluginParameterExpressionEvaluator(MavenSession)` constructor, describing that
`${mojo}`, `${mojoExecution}` and `${plugin}` evaluate to `null` without a mojo
execution. If you'd rather not have it, I'm happy to close this PR.
