   ## Problem

   The `build-report.json` format introduced in PR #12695 has no version field.
   External tools (rtk, IDE integrations, LLM agents, build scanners) will
consume
   this file. As the format evolves (new fields, changed semantics), consumers
need
   a way to detect which version of the schema they're reading.

   ## Proposed fix

   Add `"reportVersion": "1.0"` as the first field in the JSON output.

   Versioning policy:
   - **Minor bump** (1.0 → 1.1) for additive changes (new optional fields)
   - **Major bump** (1.x → 2.0) for breaking changes (removed/renamed fields,
     changed semantics)

   ### Changes needed

   - Add `reportVersion()` method to `BuildReport` interface
   - Update `BuildReportJsonWriter` to emit `reportVersion` as the first field
   - Update `DefaultBuildReport` to include the version
   - Update `SimpleJsonReader` / `BuildReportRenderer` to read and display it
