This looks fixed. #12740 ("Handle InvalidPathException for broken
relativePath on Windows") is merged, and `Sources.resolve(ModelLocator,
String)` now catches `InvalidPathException` and returns `null` for a
`relativePath` such as `org.apache:apache`, so the parent is not found locally
and is resolved normally. The same change is on maven-4.0.x. I could not test
it on Windows. Maintainers, can this be closed?
