Applied your branch's change on top of this PR (https://github.com/gnodet/maven/tree/fix-13590-guard-setArtifactFilter) in b4970f67d7 — v4 API mojos now skip both `ensureDependenciesAreResolved` and the project lock entirely, since `DefaultMavenPluginManager` already injects their `@Resolution` dependencies directly and they never touch `MavenProject`. V3 mojos are unchanged, including the null filter write for MNG-3297. Verified: `mvn -pl impl/maven-core test` — 745 tests, 0 failures (including the new `testV4MojosOfTheSameProjectRunInParallel`), and `spotless:check` clean. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
