The shared `stale.yml@v5` requires `actions: write`, `issues: write` and `pull-requests: write`. Without these permissions the workflow fails with a startup error: > The workflow is requesting 'actions: write, issues: write, pull-requests: write', but is only allowed 'actions: none, issues: none, pull-requests: none'.
