README.md becomes a short project page: what the API is, where it sits between Doxia, reporting-impl, reporting-exec and the site plugin, and the GitHub Actions badge in place of the Jenkins ones. CONTRIBUTING.md and SECURITY.md follow the shape of maven-acr-plugin#164; AGENTS.md records the compatibility rule behind #95 and #96 (no mutually recursive defaults, no new abstract methods). The broken site link in the old title and the dead GitHub help and Mastodon links are gone.
