Replaces the retired
`org.apache.maven.plugin-testing:maven-plugin-testing-harness` 4.0.0-beta-4
with `org.apache.maven:maven-testing:${mavenVersion}`. The old harness put
sisu.plexus on the classpath but kept Guice at test scope, so the plugin had to
declare Guice itself; `maven-testing` depends on the same `guice:classes` that
Maven core ships (5.1.0 in rc-7). Also removes the unused `guavaVersion` and
`version.maven-plugin-testing` properties, superseding #378.
Verified: `mvn verify` on Maven 4.0.0-rc-7, JDK 17 → 27 tests, 0 failures, 3
skipped.
