Replaces `org.apache.maven.plugin-testing:maven-plugin-testing-harness`
4.0.0-beta-4, whose code now lives in apache/maven, with
`org.apache.maven:maven-testing:${mavenVersion}`, so the test stubs move with
each Maven release instead of a separate version property. The tests import
`ProjectStub` from `org.apache.maven.testing.plugin.stubs`; the
`org.apache.maven.api.plugin.testing.stubs` class is a deprecated shim that the
new helpers' return types do not convert to.
Verified: `mvn verify` on Maven 4.0.0-rc-7, JDK 17 → 137 tests, 0 failures,
same as the base branch.
