Done. 33 items landed on the 3.x lines: 23 bugs and cleanups, and 10 deprecations and seams that stand without a port. The toolchains discovery fix (apache/maven-toolchains-plugin#196) was the last. The remaining deprecations and seams were dropped together with #13302: without a Maven 4 port they only add API churn. The issue body lists them with their PRs, and the findings on #13302 stay as the starting point if the port is picked up again. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
