Carries the part of #1561 by @gnodet that master still lacks: the release workflow builds `linux-aarch64` but never uploads it, while `build/publish-on-homebrew.sh` and `build/publish-on-sdkman.sh` already download `maven-mvnd-<version>-linux-aarch64.zip`.
