Backports four master changes to `mvnd-1.x`, one commit each so any of them can be reverted alone; please merge with "Rebase and merge". - #1868: a daemon is only moved to `Canceled` while a build runs, so a client closing its socket after `BuildFinished` no longer leaves an idle daemon that nobody reuses; - #1871: drops `--no-fallback`, a no-op in GraalVM 25; - #1870: adds `--future-defaults=all`; master's native matrix passed with it; - #1872: emits the native-image build report and uploads it per platform. #1869 is not needed here: `release.yaml` on this branch already deploys the linux-aarch64 assets.
