Port of #1878 for #1490, which was reported against 1.0.3: on the JetBrains Runtime `java.io.File` uses `java.io.IoOverNioFileSystem`, so `EnvHelper.chDir()` failed with `NoSuchFieldException: userDir` and skipped moving the NIO default directory. Until a release with this fix, `mvnd.jvmArgs=-Djbr.java.io.use.nio=false` works around it.
