The plugin used one method of maven-mapping. It is now a package-private
`FileNameMapping`, the same class as in the war plugin, whose 4.0.x line
already inlines it.
One behaviour change: an empty classifier now counts as no classifier, so
`@{dashClassifier?}@` in `outputFileNameMapping` no longer leaves a trailing
dash (apache/maven-mapping#70, never released in maven-mapping).
apache/maven-ear-plugin#565 changes the error handling a few lines below the
call this replaces in `AbstractEarModule.getBundleFileName`; whichever merges
second rebases trivially.
