Fixes #1063. `RequireUpperBoundDeps` now keeps test-scoped paths in the resolved graph, so it catches when a shallower test path mediates a lower version onto the runtime classpath. Dependencies reached only through excluded scopes remain ignored, and provided-scope filtering is unchanged. Added Invoker coverage for mixed test/compile paths and test-only conflicts.
