### New feature, improvement proposal There was a 429 leading to a `org.apache.maven.model.resolution.UnresolvableModelException`: https://github.com/apache/maven-resolver/actions/runs/40356339687/job/121689912457?pr=2232. It is unclear whether the 429 handling was performed correctly.
