Master fails on Windows: `testRemoteResourceFailsClosedWhenPathCannotBeInspected` calls `Assume` where POSIX permissions are unsupported, and JUnit 3 reports that as an error ([run](https://github.com/apache/maven-remote-resources-plugin/actions/runs/40691079973)).
