Fixes #274. Carries #287 by @elharo: its six commits are cherry-picked as authored onto current master (without the branch's merge commit), keeping master's `copyModel` merge from #327 where they met. SCM URL paths keep their trailing slash, keep a `..` that cannot be resolved, and are normalized with a string tokenizer instead of `java.nio.file.Paths`, so a URL with a port such as `host:8080/…` no longer behaves differently on Windows, which was the blocking point in the review of #287. One commit of mine on top changes a single case: a `..` above the root of an absolute path is kept instead of throwing `IllegalArgumentException`. Since #327 these values come from the URLs of every supplemented dependency, and a third-party POM must not be able to fail the build.
