Adds the AGENTS.md → SECURITY.md pointer to the Maven umbrella threat model that apache/maven-jar-plugin#550 and its siblings received. It carries #280 by @elharo, whose two commits add the AGENTS.md build, test-first and documentation guidance; one commit on top adds the Security section, `SECURITY.md`, the integration-test command and the Maven 3.9.0 floor.
