Fixes #312. Carries #313 by @elharo: its five commits are cherry-picked as authored onto current master, without its merge commit. One commit of mine on top: - brings over the JUnit 5 versions of the tests #313 converted while merging master, without the two duplicated method bodies that merge left behind, which kept #313 from compiling; - converts the seven tests master gained since then (#282, #284, #286, #307, #333); - gives `testGetProjectsBuildsOnlyExternalArtifacts` a real `MavenSession`, because the session the `@MojoTest` harness injects is a Mockito mock and ignores `setProjects`. All 24 tests of `RemoteResourcesMojoTest` run, the same set as on master.
