Fixes #338. The bundle manifest and plain bundle resources are now read with `URLConnection.setUseCaches(false)`, so each bundle jar is closed together with its stream instead of staying open in the JVM-wide `jar:` cache. Templates already went through the plugin's class loader, which is closed after each execution. With the jars closed, the tests no longer keep their temporary local repository on Windows. Verified: `testRewrittenBundleIsReadAgain` rebuilds a bundle jar in place between two executions; on master it fails with `EOFException: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream`, and it passes here. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
