Hi, I'd like to work on this issue. From my initial investigation, `MojoExecution.configuration()` exposes the merged XML configuration, while the configured Mojo's parameter values appear to require additional processing such as expression evaluation and type conversion. **Would it make sense to introduce a public Maven 4 API for inspecting resolved Mojo parameter values without executing the Mojo?** As a small design question, should the API initially support retrieving a single resolved parameter, or should it expose all resolved parameters together?
