Fixes #1372. maven-plugin-plugin has no javadoc site for plexus-io,
maven-common-artifact-filters or the Maven core API, so `{@link FileMapper}`,
`@see StrictPattern*ArtifactFilter`, `{@link Artifact#isOptional()}` and
`{@link MojoFailureException}` in parameter docs produced "Could not get
javadoc URL" warnings and no link in the generated goal pages. They are now
`{@code}` references.
Verified: `mvn process-classes` → the 7 warnings from this plugin's sources
are gone. The 6 that remain come from the `SiteTool` references in
maven-reporting-impl 4.0.0's `AbstractMavenReport`.
