Fixes #341. `JarResourceLoader` retains JAR files registered through `supplementalModelArtifacts`, which can lock them or serve stale content after replacement. The plugin now reads supplemental model entries directly from each resolved artifact using a short-lived `JarFile`, while keeping the existing locator for other resource paths.
