URL: https://github.com/apache/maven-dependency-analyzer/issues/314

A declared dependency whose jar contains no classes of its own, only
`module-info.class` or `META-INF` (for example
`org.junit.jupiter:junit-jupiter`, `org.junit.platform:junit-platform-suite`),
is always reported as "Unused declared", while the API jar it brings in
(`junit-jupiter-api`) is reported as "Used undeclared". Following one warning
triggers the other.

Expected: treat such an aggregator artifact as used when an artifact it
brings in directly is used, and do not report that artifact as used undeclared.
