A static scan of the estate's POMs finds configuration that the parent already provides or that the plugins have deprecated: - plugin versions equal to the version the parent manages - properties equal to the parent's value, such as `javaVersion` - `maven.compiler.source`/`target`/`release` set directly where the parent derives them from `javaVersion` (`mojo.java.target` on MojoHaus) - `apache-rat-plugin` `<exclude>`/`<excludes>`, deprecated since RAT 0.17 in favour of `<inputExcludes>` Each pull request changes one repository; `mvn help:effective-pom` is the same before and after, except for the RAT parameter names.
