Nothing runs JUnit 3/4 any more (`dependency:tree` shows none in test scope); the ITs also lose unused JUnit 3.8.1 dependencies, a Java 1.5 setting and an old build-helper pin. MCHECKSTYLE-163 keeps its JUnit 4 class: it tests test-classpath resolution.
