Rebased onto master and ported the two new `getId` tests to the JUnit 5 `@MojoTest` harness from #886: `@Test` on both, and the test-jar `ArtifactHandler` now comes from `container.lookup(ArtifactHandler.class, "test-jar")` since the old `lookup(...)` is gone.
