The core-it-suite fixtures whose tests the ITs run (mng-4660, mng-5760, mng-6071, mng-6720, mng-6754, mng-8750) move to `junit-jupiter` 5.14.4, which still supports the fixtures' Java 8; the plexus-component-api IT plugin drops an unused JUnit 4 dependency. Fixtures where junit is only a coordinate stay, and so do `core-it-extension` and `core-it-wagon`, which need some runtime dependency to load. maven-4.0.x has the same JUnit 4 fixtures.
